近日，南京市水务局亮出2019年“成绩单”，并发布2020年工作目标和任务。2019年，南京基本完成了91条劣V类河道整治，新建千吨级小型水质净化站65座。今年，全市域将基本消除劣V类水体，实施33条河道水环境整治提升工程，大力推进污水处理体系建设，预计2020年上半年建成并运行安江河、鼓楼区南审、建邺区奥体北河3座水质净化站。

在2019年年初的重点目标任务中，市水务局把统筹推进91条劣V水体治理，巩固全市黑臭水体整治成效放在首位。目前，这91条河道整治已基本完成，10条市控入江支流整治已完成7条，市考150条黑臭水体已基本达到“长制久清”。

2019年，南京在污水设施效能提升方面有了很大改善。南京新建了100公里污水管网，新改扩建污水处理厂14座，建成千吨级小型水质净化站65座，新增污水处理能力23.5万吨/日，规划布点村污水处理设施基本实现全覆盖。

2020年南京水环境治理方面，严格落实“长江大保护”国家战略，加快推进南京市长江岸线保护详细规划编制，全面完成长江岸线利用清理整治工作。巩固重点入江河道水质达标工作，确保南京7条省控主要入江支流断面水质持续稳定达标。进一步完善10条市控入江支流整治措施，实现断面水质消除劣V类。
