市水务局副局长徐小春介绍，南京共有河湖水体2700余个，其中城市水体569个。上世纪90年代以来，以整治内秦淮河、玄武湖为起点，南京全面开展城市河湖水生态环境综合治理。2015年年底，市水务局正式成立，2016年黑臭河道整治工作指挥部成立，根据国家“水十条”要求，消除黑臭水体攻坚战打响。
