今年汛期，受上游来水、天文大潮和本地降雨的“三重叠加”影响，南京发生全市域大洪水，长江南京站最高水位10.39米，超历史最高水位（1954年10.22米）0.17米，水阳江、石臼湖、滁河出现超保证接近历史最高水位，防汛形势十分严峻，为此我市启动全市防汛Ⅰ级应急响应，应急响应持续时间达54天。
