处理水污染，关键看能不能管住“排”。在江宁近160个小区的地下，雨水、污水管道在地下绵延。雨污分流的目的是从源头上截住污水，推动河道水质大幅提升。这是一个地表之下的“良心工程”，据统计，2017年、2018年两年间，江宁城建集团累计敷设雨、污水支管约250公里。目前，由江宁城建集团承担的江宁雨污分流、小区环境基础提升任务已全部收尾。

目前全区共有污水处理厂17个，总设计规模47.2万吨/日。到2020年，随着城东污水处理厂、科学园污水处理厂四期、空港污水处理厂二期、滨江污水处理厂二期、开发区南区污水处理厂二期工程的建成，全区污水处理能力将达80万吨/日，彻底补齐污水处理产能历史欠账，届时江宁地区污水收集率降达到90\%以上。

经过深度协调，目前全区11家乡村街道小型污水处理厂已全部进入江宁城建集团的“水务一体化工程”管理体系。“水务一体化”是一张宏大的水务管理改革蓝图：未来江宁城建集团将建设全区统一、厂网一体化调度的水务指挥中心，实现给排水生产、经营、调度、安全一体化管控，助力水务工作从数字化向智慧化转变。

江宁城建集团负责同志介绍，近两年，江宁城建集团用新技术、新理念、高标准推进污水处理厂和主城片区污水管网建设、运维工作，污水处理“短板”被拉长，辖区水环境全面提升。对标2020年污水处理产能翻番目标，按照既定计划，集团将科学组织污水处理厂建设，一个节点一个节点保障，确保达成预期进度。在条件成熟时候，集团还将启动污泥焚烧、污水调度、中水回用、尾水湿地等生态工程，整体提升全区污水处理能力。
